After the heartthrob and I settled our previous differences, I found out that he would still often steal a glance at me. There’s a saying from the book, “The Art of War” called a dagger hidden in smiles. This scared me.

I wouldn’t have been able to beat him in a solo match, let alone with the fact that he wouldn’t be alone. He had thousands of fangirls on his back and two loyal jerks from the dormitory.

And on my back, there’s only handsome and knowledge. What a lonely place to be at the top.

My mood went from relaxed to tense. But this time, I stayed put and pretended that nothing happened.

Not only would the heartthrob peek at me during lunchtime, but he would also give me some of the food from his plate. I guessed that maybe he didn’t dare to do anything in public, so I gave him a chopstick of food as well. He then stared at me and smiled.

Smile my ass. I know you look good when you smile.

When I saw him smiling like a spring flower, I couldn’t resist and give him another chicken leg from my plate. It was like he had never eaten a chicken leg before in his life, and his eyes were shining and glowing with happiness.

Lao Er and Lao Si looked at each other and eagerly gave some of their food to him as well. The heartthrob politely refused them and kept staring at the sweet and sour ribs on my plate.

I suddenly realized his evil scheme. As expected, it was a dagger hidden in smiles. It was a trick to steal food from my plate. Would I really fall for it?

I fished out half of the Kung Pao Chicken from his plate and gave him my ribs.

Well, I don’t like the sweet and sour taste anyway.
