Panting, Pan Sen's eyes were filled with red veins, a raging fire burning fiercely within. At first glance, he seemed more ferocious than a beast.
"I hate your eyes!" Malakith said, then delivered a powerful punch to the massive shield, the force of which created ripples in the air. The shield, which seemed indestructible and shimmered with a protective barrier, actually began to crack!
A fleeting shock flashed in Pan Sen's bloodshot eyes as he quickly retreated. The moment he released the shield, it disintegrated. However, this did not make him waver in the slightest. His feet moved like the wind, and he swiftly returned, his spear instantly creating a series of残影 (residual images) in the air.
The tip of the spear continuously glinted with a cold light, filled with energy, and combined with Pan Sen's brute strength, it actually forced the air in front of him to be pushed aside!
This move came with a momentum like a mountain collapsing and a sea surging. Malakith was slightly surprised, not expecting this warrior, who clearly seemed to be courting death, to possess such strength.
The weapons of Asgard were clearly made of special metals and imbued with peculiar energy. Even with Malakith's overwhelming power, he did not dare to block the sharp spear lightly. He crouched down, and his entire body suddenly turned into a cloud of black mist. The countless spear shadows pierced through the black mist, but the lack of any tangible contact made Pan Sen's heart sink.
"Your speed and strength are not bad, but unfortunately, your accuracy is lacking!" Malakith's mocking laughter echoed in Pan Sen's ears, and a sudden sharp pain shot through his ribs. His muscles tore, and his internal organs were damaged, causing a mouthful of blood to spurt out.
The countless spear shadows instantly dissipated, and Pan Sen knelt on one knee, a sense of uncontrollable weakness spreading throughout his body. This was the body's natural protective mechanism after severe injury, a near-paralyzing state that only appeared after a major blow. If treated in time, it would not be a serious issue, but Pan Sen used his willpower to reverse this state and swung his spear horizontally.
A fierce whistling sound rose as the spear created a trail of light in the air, but it failed to leave any mark on Malakith. Malakith merely took a half-step back, narrowly avoiding the spear tip. This ease and confidence made Ian feel a sense of despair. This was not a desperate dodge, but a playful taunt, as if Malakith did not want to waste even a bit of energy.
"This move is not impressive. It seems your spear skills are still at a basic level. Hmph! When it comes to the art of combat, the Asgardians are far inferior to us Dark Elves!" After saying this with a mocking tone, Malakith glanced back at the still flickering light pillars, where two figures were moving back and forth! Feeling urgent, he directly said to Pan Sen, "You have wasted too much of my time. Let me show you how to use a spear!"
A surging black mist exploded as he spoke, and with a light wave of his hand, the black mist rapidly formed into sharp spears. Pan Sen was greatly alarmed, his spear spinning wildly, the light connecting to form a shield-like barrier, trying to block the sharp black spears.
Clang! Clang! Clang! A series of metallic clashes, and almost instantly, Pan Sen's defenses began to crumble. Malakith did not exaggerate; each strike of his black spears hit the weak points of Pan Sen's spear, making it impossible for him to maintain his defense.
Thud! Thud! Thud! Blooms of blood blossomed, and the ground in front of him was instantly stained red. The black spears pierced through Pan Sen, pinning him to the ground like a cactus covered in thorns.
Sona and Ian sighed in unison, closing their eyes in resignation. They prayed for the brave warrior, not for his survival, but for his next life to be free from pain and war!
"Hmph! Overestimating yourself, mere mortals should not wield weapons against the gods." Malakith remained as arrogant as ever, casually dismissing Pan Sen as he turned around.
The light pillars were now moving even faster, and Malakith had a bad feeling, which made him speed up towards the light pillars. Suddenly, a whistling sound came from behind, and a bone-chilling cold made the hair on his back stand up. Without thinking, he turned into black mist to avoid the lightning-fast attack.
Clang! Boom!
The spear flew past and pierced into the mountain, a distant explosion causing the entire mountain to tremble. The spear had actually penetrated the mountain and exploded on the other side!
Malakith turned around with a grim expression, only to see Pan Sen's bloodshot eyes fixed on him, steadily pulling the black spears out of his body.
"If you had stayed still, you might have survived!" Malakith's eyes narrowed, the killing intent in them making the air around him drop a few degrees.
This killing intent made Ian and Sona feel their bodies stiffen, but it had no effect on Pan Sen, whose killing intent was no less than Malakith's. The one who had been fighting silently now spoke, his words simple but filled with a determination to kill, "The hatred of a wife being taken, an irreconcilable enmity!"
What a huge piece of gossip! Could this brute actually have a wife so beautiful that even the King of the Dark Elves would be interested?
The fire of curiosity in his chest instantly dispelled the cold, and Ian's eyes gleamed as he looked at Sona, "What kind of woman is Captain Pan Sen's wife? To be able to make Malakith..."
Before Ian could finish his question, Malakith laughed, "I see, women are rarely killed, but I did kill a female warrior yesterday, who seemed to be one of your legion commanders!"
At this, Pan Sen indeed became enraged again, charging at him like a madman. Ian, on the other side, felt a chill, realizing the nature of this enmity. Fortunately, he had not finished his question, or these two might have torn him apart in their rage!
"Captain Pan Sen's wife was the only female warrior among the ten legion commanders. After this battle, she had accumulated enough battle merits to exchange for a divine essence! Unfortunately, yesterday on the front lines, she led her troops deep into enemy territory and encountered Malakith. It was then that we learned of Malakith's plan, and after transmitting this intelligence, she was killed by Malakith!" Sona's eyes were filled with sorrow, and tears glistened in them.
Ian fell silent, looking at Pan Sen again. No wonder he had changed so much between their two meetings. This was a berserker driven mad by the pain of losing his wife!
However, the gap in strength was not something that could be bridged by emotion. Pan Sen's wild punches were uncoordinated, and although they were powerful, Malakith easily blocked all of them with one hand.
Malakith sneered, "Intense movement is making your blood run dry, and your strength is weakening! If you don't have any new tricks, you can die!"
Pan Sen did not respond, continuing to swing his fists, ignoring the pain and the blood, his only thought being to land a single blow.
Pan Sen's eyes were filled with bloodshot killing intent, and it seemed he had lost all reason, relying only on his willpower. This state made Malakith sneer in mockery, and he was about to deliver a killing blow.
"Hey! Pretty boy, watch me teach you a lesson!"
A not-so-fast whistling sound came from behind, accompanied by Ian's childish taunt, echoing in Malakith's ears.
Malakith was enraged, imagining that this brat had thrown something harmless like a shoe. How dare a mere civilian mock the great King of the Dark Elves? Who could bear this?
Easily brushing aside Pan Sen's increasingly weak attacks, he turned around, not wanting any random objects to touch his body.
Boom! Fluorescent particles rapidly spread, and a tiny black hole appeared in the air!
Malakith was shocked. Even as a god, he had to follow the laws of the universe, and the powerful suction instantly enveloped his entire body.
"Ah! Brat, I'll kill you!" Malakith roared to the sky.
Ian sneered, "You can wait until you come back from the black hole to..." His words were cut off as reality once again shattered his worldview.
Malakith's body slightly sank, his teeth clenched, and he managed to stop his movement with a stance that resembled a horse stance!
His legs seemed to be deeply rooted in the ground, and no matter how strong the suction was, it could not budge him, leaving Ian speechless. "No wonder such a powerful weapon is only given to the soldiers; it's not very effective against experts!"
Although Ian's words were filled with a mix of laughter and tears, he was not disappointed. After all, he was dealing with a god! When he threw the spatial grenade, he had already considered this possibility. He did not expect a single grenade to kill a god; he only hoped to give Pan Sen a chance, a chance to land a single blow! Even if it was useless, it seemed the grenade was particularly effective!
Malakith's anger reached its peak because he was injured. The powerful suction of the black hole, though not enough to pull him in entirely, still damaged him, and most importantly, it damaged his face!
His eyeballs moved slightly, and pieces of white skin slowly detached from his face, entering the black hole and being ground into powder. The raw, bloody flesh was exposed to the air, and it seemed to be spreading across his entire face.
"Who said your head was closest to the black hole? Consider it a kind gesture from me to help you with a makeover!" Ian's taunt echoed again.
Malakith roared in rage and, in a fit of madness, punched the black hole!
Bang! Boom!
A violent shockwave erupted, and Ian's weak body was blown back several meters, disoriented. The ground was plowed as if by a plow, and after a series of ripples, the black hole finally disappeared.
"I will kill you!" Malakith, with only half his face intact, eyes blazing with murderous intent, stepped towards Ian.
Ian was clearly intimidated by this guy's aura, unable to move, and cried out in his heart, "Do you have to be so ruthless? Are you actually a GM with such a bugged ability?"
Malakith's rapid approach suddenly paused, a sense of unprecedented danger rising from behind. Shocked, he turned around.
It was a fist, a completely ordinary fist from Pan Sen, but he felt a sense of danger from it!
Boom! The fist, unavoidable, struck his chest, and visible ripples spread throughout Malakith's body. He stared at Pan Sen in disbelief, while Pan Sen, with a row of bloody white teeth, smiled and said, "Finally, I hit you!"
