The train gradually slowed down, indicating that they were about to arrive at the station. In the movie, the few mercenaries tightly gripped their guns and slowly walked out, while the light barrier surrounding Qian Youliang and the others had already disappeared.

"Beep! The mission has officially begun. Main mission (1): Follow Matthew Addison. Distance: 200 meters. Exceeding the range will result in elimination!"

After this voice finished speaking, the black mercenary captain in the movie emitted a faint glow, which lasted for only a short moment.

After the main god announced the start of the mission, Qian Youliang discovered that the mission information could be viewed on the main god watch. The watch displayed a set of numbers, which should be the distance to the mission target. Besides the numbers, there was an arrow pointing to the mercenary captain named Matthew Addison.

The black mercenary captain coldly said to Qian Youliang and the others, "You all get out too." The middle-aged woman exclaimed, "How can they see us?"

Click! Click! All the mercenaries pointed their guns at the middle-aged woman, who immediately cowered on the ground, tears and snot streaming down her face, crying out in terror, "Don't kill me! Don't kill me! I don't want to die!"

"Raine, make her shut up," Matthew Addison called to the female mercenary.

The female mercenary named Raine walked over to the middle-aged woman and struck her neck with a hand knife, causing the woman to fall unconscious. Qian Youliang and the others saw the woman being knocked out by the female mercenary, and their legs trembled as they watched Raine warily.

"Just let her sleep. You and the middle-aged man tie her up," Matthew Addison said, finding a rope in the carriage and throwing it to Qian Youliang and the middle-aged man, then pointing to the unconscious woman.

Qian Youliang and the middle-aged man immediately tied up the woman as Matthew spoke, leaving her alone in the carriage. They could only do this; they couldn't take the woman with them because it would definitely slow them down, and Qian Youliang wasn't a saint who would sacrifice himself for someone he had just met for less than an hour.

As they were about to leave the carriage, Qian Youliang remembered something. After everyone else had left, he walked to the corner where the cargo was stacked. He remembered that in the movie, the tool kit containing the T-virus and the T-virus vaccine was here. He quickly searched and found the tool kit within thirty seconds. Qian Youliang wanted to open the tool kit, but he didn't know the password, so he gave up.

"Stop worrying about this woman. Let's go," a mercenary called out, sticking his head into the carriage. "Okay, I know," Qian Youliang replied. The tool kit was hidden behind his body, so the mercenary didn't notice it. Just as Qian Youliang was about to leave with the tool kit, a cold voice echoed in his ears.

"Beep! Obtained T-virus tool kit. Returning to the main god space will earn 1000 reward points." Hearing the main god's prompt, Qian Youliang hesitated for a moment, looked at the tool kit, and then decided to take it and walk out of the carriage. Qian Youliang walked out of the carriage with the tool kit, but the white-collar girl and the others, who were afraid of the main god space, were distracted and didn't notice that Qian Youliang was carrying a tool kit. The scene outside the carriage was like a station platform. Qian Youliang and the others walked up the platform, and a closed steel door blocked their way. Qian Youliang stood behind the mercenaries and the white-collar girl, and Matthew Addison waved to a mercenary to open the door to the Hive.

As they approached the door, a fiery red figure suddenly asked Matthew Addison, "I want to know who you are and what happened here." Looking at the tall, blonde woman in a red cheongsam, Qian Youliang knew she was the protagonist Alice from Resident Evil. Matthew Addison, seeing the determination in Alice's eyes, explained, "We are employed by the UMBRELLA Corporation, including you. This door leads to the 'Hive.' You are a registered security guard for the company, which is why we brought you along." Alice stroked a wedding ring on her finger and asked, "What is this?"

Matthew Addison looked at the ring on Alice's finger and said, "You are not married. It's just a cover, a symbol of your role in protecting the Hive."

"What is the Hive?" a man who was not a mercenary suddenly asked. Qian Youliang recognized him as Ryan, the commercial spy who planned to steal the T-virus, one of the main characters in Resident Evil.

Matthew Addison said to another mercenary, "Show them." The man nodded and started typing on a computer keyboard. Soon, images appeared on his laptop.

"This is the Hive, a secret research facility deep underground, owned and supervised by UMBRELLA. There are 500 scientists and other staff members inside, conducting confidential research based on the company's needs. These secrets are crucial to the company, and even we don't know what they are. This is our current location, as shown by the thermal sensors." Matthew Addison continued explaining, and the computer screen indeed displayed their location. They were standing on the vehicle platform at the top of the Hive. Qian Youliang knew this was a safe place, but it would soon become a death zone.

"Who are they?" Alice pointed to Qian Youliang and the others. Matthew Addison said, "According to the records, they are security guards here, but they don't seem trained. They look like ordinary civilians." Hearing this, Qian Youliang knew it was the identity the main god had assigned them. Ryan asked, "Why did I lose my memory? I can't remember anything."

Matthew Addison explained, "The Hive has an autonomous defense system controlled by the central computer, the Red Queen. When the Hive is attacked, the central computer releases a neurotoxic gas that causes unconsciousness for about four hours. Upon waking, various side effects occur, including memory loss."

Ryan asked, "Memory loss? How long will this last?" Matthew Addison shook his head. "It depends on the individual's physical condition. It could be an hour, a day, or even a week." Another main character, Matt, suddenly asked, "Do you mean the Hive has been attacked? Are there terrorists inside?" Matthew Addison looked at him and said, "… Perhaps worse."

Qian Youliang and the others knew it wasn't terrorists but zombies, which were even more terrifying. However, they didn't dare to say it because they weren't sure if revealing the plot would be considered a violation, and the punishment in the main god space could be the deduction of reward points or even elimination. Qian Youliang didn't want to risk his precious reward points or his life. At this moment, a voice came from the platform above the door. A long-haired female mercenary said, "Sir, the door is open. We can enter now." Matthew Addison nodded and led the mercenaries and Qian Youliang and the others toward the door.

The door opened under computer control, and inside was pitch black. Matthew Addison said to a mercenary beside him, "JD!" The man nodded and put on night vision goggles. Soon, JD turned on the lights inside, and the room gradually brightened. The windows on the walls revealed the scenery of the city's high-rise buildings, with ample sunlight and a clear blue sky, just like in the movie. The mercenaries and everyone else entered the room. A female mercenary held a detector and said, "The gas has dissipated. It's safe here."

As they walked, Matt suddenly said, "This device is used to improve the underground working environment. No one wants to see dull steel walls all day. If they can see sunlight, they might feel like they are living on the surface."

The depressed youth, seeing Matt speaking, immediately approached him, thinking about how to get reward points as the protagonist. He extended his hand and said, "Hello, my name is Zhao Jianwei. I love the character you play…." Before Zhao Jianwei could finish his sentence, his face turned pale. Qian Youliang and the others knew the main god had deducted his reward points.

Matt, who had no company records, was immediately locked up by the mercenaries. He turned around in confusion and said, "I'm locked up by the mercenaries. I can't shake your hand… and I've forgotten my name. Do you mean I'm an actor?" Zhao Jianwei, sweating profusely, forced a smile and said, "Ha ha, you must have heard wrong. I didn't say anything." Seeing Zhao Jianwei's state, Qian Youliang shook his head and remembered this to avoid making the same mistake. Seeing that Zhao Jianwei had no intention of talking, Matt ignored him.

On the other side, Matthew Addison and a few mercenaries opened the elevator door, but it was pitch black inside. A mercenary member reluctantly threw a flare into the elevator. As the light gradually faded, they saw the elevator had broken and fallen to the bottom, and the people inside were definitely dead.

The mercenary member turned around and said, "Sir, it looks like we have to take the stairs." Matthew Addison's face turned pale, and he turned to the others and said, "Take the stairs. We must reach the bottom within ten minutes. Everyone, follow me!" Hearing Matthew Addison's words, the mercenaries naturally didn't argue. The female protagonist Alice, with the evolved T-virus in her body, had physical strength far exceeding others. The other two main characters, Ryan and Matt, were also not far behind. Qian Youliang knew this was the first test of physical fitness given by the main god. If they couldn't keep up, they would be eliminated.

Although Qian Youliang was immersed in the online world, he still insisted on exercising every morning and evening to avoid getting sick easily. In today's society, one illness could drain your wallet, whether it was a major or minor illness, the hospital would definitely take a big cut.

The white-collar girl, who looked frail, definitely didn't have as good physical strength as Qian Youliang and the others. She wanted to find someone to help her run, like in the novel, but reality was different. She found no one among the chosen ones who could help her, so she gritted her teeth and tried her best to keep up.

The depressed youth, Zhao Jianwei, although not very thin, started panting after a short run and slowed down, but he still gritted his teeth and followed, as he didn't want to die. He was the protagonist and closely followed the main group. Another middle-aged man, who seemed to do physical labor, ran not very fast but always followed the main group without falling behind. After running for a while,

"Boom!" A loud explosion sounded behind them. Qian Youliang and the others' faces turned pale, as they knew the middle-aged woman tied up in the carriage had been eliminated. Their steps involuntarily quickened, as they didn't want to be the next to be eliminated. Watching this scene before was one thing, but experiencing it personally was another.
