The second laser beam quickly swept towards them.

Qian Youliang knew that this time the laser line formed at the height of their legs and moved to the middle. The laser soon reached the first mercenary.

"Continue?" One of the main characters, Ryan, hearing Matthew Addison's urgent call to move forward, shouted, "What do you mean continue? Are you kidding? I'm not going into that passage!"

Matthew Addison looked at Kaplan, who, the computer expert, was sweating profusely and said, "Yes, yes, I've turned off all the defense systems, all of them..."

Matthew Addison repeated, "All of them? Confirmed?"

Without waiting for Kaplan's answer, he picked up the equipment on the ground and walked towards the other end of the passage.

Kaplan kept pressing the keyboard, and this time the entrance door didn't close. The female lead, Alice, followed as in the plot, and the door to the central computer room of the Queen of Flames closed again. Qian Youliang knew that the main theme of the biohazard, zombies, was about to begin.

While Matthew Addison and the others went to shut down the Queen of Flames, Qian Youliang sat on the ground to rest, knowing that the next challenge required full attention. A single bite or scratch from a zombie could turn him into one of them.

Liu Yan saw Qian Youliang sitting on the ground to rest and silently stood by his side, waiting for the plot to begin.

After a few minutes, the entire room suddenly dimmed. He knew that Matthew Addison had shut down the central main computer, and the defense system that had isolated the zombies and crawlers had instantly failed, turning the entire laboratory into their world.

After a few dozen seconds, the room brightened again. Qian Youliang knew the plot had begun!

Matthew Addison and the female lead came out of the central computer room. The black mercenary looked exhausted and said, "Let's take the Queen of Flames' motherboard back to the company. Kaplan, how's the Hive situation?"

Kaplan pressed a few keys on the computer and said, "It's all good. All defense systems are off. We can leave the Hive in a straight line."

Matthew Addison nodded and said, "Great, then let's..."

Before he could finish, gunshots suddenly came from the "B Restaurant." Matthew Addison and Kaplan exchanged glances, grabbed their guns, and ran out. The female lead Alice and the other two main characters also ran out, and Qian Youliang immediately stood up and followed them.
